Olympic fever is well and truly established! What an amazing opening ceremony and we are already seeing some fantastic sporting performances. Let's hope we see plenty more GB medals.
What is the difference between the athletes that you are watching and amateurs? Well, one factor is the coaching that they are receiving and the fact that the athletes are conditioned to understand that their whole career is a process, a journey.
Why don't you start looking at your game in that way? Make sure you reflect on the good and bad rounds that you have and then start to work on improving weaknesses and maintaining your strengths. Coaching should be a key part in your own game.
