My 2011 Coaching Review
This year I have done a review of my own coaching, or maybe I should say the performance of the people I have been coaching. I have based my finding on people that have had more than one lesson, and have reviewed performance based on handicap in 2011.
Here are my findings:
50% have improved their handicap
38% have maintained the same handicap
12% have increased their handicap
On average those players that have improved their handicap have improved by an average of 1.5 shots
